How is my deposit refunded when I close my account?

Your security deposit and any remaining e-wallet balance are refunded within 10 working days, to the card or PayNow account used, or by PayNow to the NRIC registered on your account. See How do I close my account?. Contact us if it takes longer than 10 working days.
